CINERGY™ Conflict Management Coaching Workshop
Become a CINERGY™ conflict management coach with this practical, highly mentored training programme in Dublin.
The programme equips you to help people strengthen their conflict management skills, navigate difficult conversations and communicate more effectively in challenging situations. People who become conflict management coaches are often leaders, HR practitioners, managers, coaches, mediators, and anyone who works with people, who need to manage people and/or have challenging but meaningful conversations with people.
Through intensive skills practice, you will learn how to use the seven-stage CINERGY™ conflict management coaching model and develop the skills and confidence to begin coaching clients one-to-one.

- Understand conflict dynamics, coaching principles and essential coaching skills
- Use powerful questions to help transform viewpoints
- Support people preparing for difficult or challenging conversations

- Explore your own conflict “hot buttons” and responses to difficult situations and people

Both Catherine and Louise are experienced CINERGY™ conflict management coaches and trainers. Together we bring you a uniquely intensively supportive learning environment for you to develop your own skills and offer CINERGY™ conflict management coaching straight after the training.
