The programme equips you to help people strengthen their conflict management skills, navigate difficult conversations and communicate more effectively in challenging situations.

Through intensive skills practice, you will learn how to use the seven-stage CINERGY™ conflict management coaching model and develop the skills and confidence to begin coaching clients one-to-one.

The programme includes a significant amount of highly mentored skills practice, giving participants the opportunity to apply what they learn and receive individual feedback and support.


Your trainers are Catherine O'Connell of Blossom Development and Louise Hyland of InnerWorks. Catherine has been a CINERGY™ Conflict Management Coach since 2005 and has been a trainer since 2010. 

Along with a myriad of qualifications and experience in coaching, mediation, leadership development and mentoring Louise is a CINERGY™ conflict management coach since 2016 and is a trainer since 2022. 

Together we bring you a uniquely intensively supportive learning environment for you to develop your own skills and offer CINERGY™ conflict management coaching straight after the training.
